At Pushpa Naturals, we have partnered with reputed logistics partners to ensure that your products reach you safely and in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct thorough quality checks before dispatching any order.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹99 will be applicable on all orders below ₹399.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
No additional shipping charges will be levied beyond the amount shown at checkout.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once you place an order, it is processed by our system.
The products undergo a thorough quality inspection.
After passing final quality checks, the products are securely packed.
The order is then handed over to our trusted logistics partner.
Our logistics partner will deliver the products to your shipping address at the earliest possible time.

If the delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address or time, they will contact you to coordinate delivery.

Please note:

All products (including free gifts, if any) will be shipped to the address provided at checkout along with an invoice.
While we aim to ship all items in one shipment, it may not always be possible.

Packaging Standards

At Pushpa Naturals, product safety is our priority.

Each product is packed using protective packaging materials such as EPE foam and bubble wrap where necessary.
Fragile items (like glass bottles) receive additional protective layers.
All items are finally packed in sturdy cardboard boxes.

Pushpa Naturals holds responsibility for any damage caused during transit.

Serviceability may vary depending on logistics partners. You can check delivery availability by:

Entering your PIN code on the product page, or
Providing your shipping details during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier details.
Registered users can track orders by logging into the My Account → Your Orders section.

Tracking becomes active after dispatch from our warehouse.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pushpa Naturals will make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner may call before delivery.

If you are unavailable, two delivery attempts will be made.
After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
You may contact customer support to reschedule delivery (subject to feasibility).

Delivery Delays (Force Majeure)

In situations such as pandemics, natural calamities, or government restrictions, delivery timelines may be affected. Pushpa Naturals reserves the right to pause deliveries if required for safety or regulatory reasons.
